CBK has launched CBKwik Ship, a new consumer drop ship program to provide stronger support to retailer ecommerce initiatives.
Designed to be a complete and flexible tool for retailers with and without brick and mortar stores, CBK is leveraging its centrally located stocked warehouse inventory to provide rapid and accurate shipping support.
“CBK constantly strives to provide its customers with more efficient and innovative ways of managing their businesses and is proud to have the infrastructure and experience to carry a ground-breaking program such as this from preliminary thought through effortless reality,” said CBK President Terry Stewart.
CBKwik Ship customers are provided with a file of item information and images to be loaded on to the store’s retail site. When a consumer browses the Internet for an item and finds it on a CBK customer Web site, the CBK customer receives the order and sends it to CBK, where it is processed for shipping to the consumer.
CBK sends a shipping confirmation back to the store so it can communicate the order status with the consumer. Updated information for the CBK customer Web site can be transmitted daily, weekly or monthly based on preference. CBK guarantees to have the product out the door and on its way to the consumer within four business days.
